The website builder and CMS that keeps every site in git.

Design pages visually, build in React, or let the AI agent write them. DCMS manages your content with plugins and publishes to your own domain, with HTTPS set up for you.

Hosted in the EU. Admin in English and Czech.

Four ways to build, one place to publish

Pick how you like to work for each site. They all share the same content, domains, team and hosting.

Drag blocks onto a page

Lay out pages with a drag-and-drop editor and style them without writing code. What you save is plain HTML and CSS in the site’s git repository, so nothing about the result is proprietary.

  • Publishes in about a second
  • Blocks for galleries, forms, events and more
  • Edit the generated HTML by hand whenever you like
In the repository
  • index.html
  • about.html
  • styles.css
  • assets/logo.svg

Content that has somewhere to live

Turn on the plugins a site needs. Each one has its own screens in the admin, drafts and version history, and blocks you can place on a page.

Every workspace also gets a read-only content API with an OpenAPI document and a generated TypeScript client.

An assistant that works inside your workspace

Ask for a new page, a rewritten section or ten blog drafts. The assistant reads your sites and content, proposes the change, and asks before anything risky.

  • Use Anthropic, OpenAI, any OpenAI-compatible API, or a local model
  • Bring your own key, for yourself or the whole workspace
  • A chatbot for your visitors that answers from your published pages and hands over to a person
Add an events page that lists our next three concerts, newest first.

I’ll add a page at /events bound to the Events plugin, sorted by date, limited to three.

Hosting you don’t have to think about

Domains, certificates, media and security are part of the platform, not a list of services to wire together.

Your domain, with HTTPS
Verify a domain with one DNS record. Certificates are issued and renewed for you, and the site is served from the edge the moment it is linked.
Every change in git
Each site has its own repository with full history. Roll back, review a change, or clone the whole thing and leave.
Workspaces kept apart
Every query is scoped to its workspace by the application and again by row-level security in PostgreSQL.
Roles for your team
Invite people and give them exactly the permissions they need, down to which site repositories they can push to.
Media handled for you
Images are resized to WebP, video is converted for adaptive streaming, and uploads are checked before they are stored.
Secrets in a vault
API keys and credentials are encrypted in HashiCorp Vault, never kept in plain text alongside your content.

Questions

What is DCMS?

DCMS is a website builder and content management system in one. You build a site visually, in React or with an AI agent, manage its content with plugins such as a blog, galleries, events and forms, and publish it to your own domain. Every site is versioned in its own git repository.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The visual editor and the React builder are drag and drop, and the AI assistant can make changes for you. If you do code, you can edit the same project in the browser IDE or clone it and use your own tools.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Add the domain in the admin, prove you own it with one DNS record, and point it at DCMS. The HTTPS certificate is issued and renewed automatically. Until then every site also has an address under dcms.highgeek.eu.

Can I take my site somewhere else?

Yes. Every site lives in a git repository you can clone over HTTPS or SSH. Visual-editor sites are plain HTML and CSS, and code sites are standard React and Vite projects, so they run anywhere.

Which AI providers can I use?

Anthropic, OpenAI, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including local models through Ollama or LM Studio. You can add your own API key for yourself or for the whole workspace; keys are stored encrypted.

Where is my data stored?

On servers run by OVHcloud in the European Union. Workspaces are isolated from each other in the database itself, not only in the application. Details are in the privacy policy.

Does it cost anything?

Accounts are free today. Each workspace includes 5 GB of storage and a daily AI allowance. If paid plans are introduced, you will be told at least 30 days in advance and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
